Custom Cushions and Headrests

We have developed a lightweight and breathable one piece custom made seat cushion for the very popular Top End Force R handcycle. This is a comfortable and supportive medical foam insert cushion that has a washable cover. It's been tested on the Force R and it works well! The foam insert is a one piece unit which makes cleaning a breeze. The cover has a slit style opening in the back which makes it easy to remove for hand or machine washing. It Velcro's into place just like the factory supplied cushions.

Now available in two sizes, a small for seat widths of 13, 14 or 15 inches and a large version for seat widths of 16, 17 or 18 inches. These are custom made per order - so please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We have also developed an extended headrest for those taller Top End Force R riders. The unit is pre-drilled so it lines up with holes already in the back frame of the bike. The rest extends up 7 inches and is 4 inches wide at the top curve so it does not adversely effect any of the bikes aerodynamics. It's made of a lightweight polyurethane type material that is canted in such a way so it helps cushion and support the riders head and neck area, thus preventing those awful neck cramps. The unit comes with a 3 inch by 6 inch covered medical foam headrest with attachable Velcro. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
